AND I HAVE A DATE

Suada has decided  to get baptised! She has set a date for November 8th! She is so awesome!!!!!!

We had zone-conference with... SUPERMAN.. So I had to take a picture!!

Last week we didn't do a load of stuff., but we had a fire side with sister Stay and it was very interesting!

Today we played laser tag with the elders and Eldar and Haris! We teamed up so we could stay in sight and hearing of each other!  I loved it! Afterwards we went bowling! We had fun! I love Eldar!! He is a great guy and he killed me a few times during laser tag! XD
My companion is awesome.. While having vertigo and not even being able of standing normally, she just played and fell.. and kept on playing!! XD

Actually this kinda sums up my week!!!

Today I just want to say happy birthday moj brat!

First things first!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHIVA!  Even though I am not there, i am celebrating your birthday!

What happened this week! We met with Suada, and she want to have all the lessons in one day! We just started to read from the book of Mormon out loud and she just asked if she could see it, she started reading.. Asked questions and guess what.. We gave her our lesson! OW DA! my companion is AWESOME! She pulled a LEFLER!

She is actually a good missionary and a prankster!
The Elders changed in the church ( they were playing volleyball with an investigator) and left their clothes. My companion took one of the pants and a watch and hid it in a drawer. and we left! (I was totally innocent btw.. I was prepping German!) So later the Elders called us and Elder Stuart was asking! Where are my pants!! Sestra Lefler said.. what happened!! long story short! she made them believe that there was a hobo in the church looking around and he might have stolen the pants and watch...
Elder Stuart was like.. well it looks like I am going to sit in district meeting in my shorts!
Sestra Lefler and Haris ( Yes our 1st counselor was a huge part of this!!) started laugh and told them what they did and where there stuff was.

The elders decided to get back!! But before that they did the ice-bucket-challenge! With Haris! See picture of wet people! :P

Later the elders, because they knew my companion is legitimately scared for clowns, they sended her a few creepy pictures of clowns! She could not sleep! Thanks guy! -_-'
She later told them what happened.. and is totally planning on getting back to them.. And I will share that later, after execution! ;)

Later this week my companion thought it would be nice to lock herself up in the Rožajac bathroom and walk into nettle.. that was not wise.. But slightly funny!

During sign ups for English and German, we where alone in the church for a while, because the elders went to play volleyball with investigators, at the end of sign-ups there was this creep, Blažo. He was die-hard flirting with my companion and wanted her to learn more about the church. he actually wrote on the application-form his address.. He was a total creep.. and actually turned around and came back, so we decided to close up everything and I was texting the elders, calling was of no use, because they where playing vollyball. After they read it they called us and came asap!

That was kind of my week!

I've returned and reported my work and called it the second phase! (Mail van 25-08)

Haai!!!

afgelopen week was anders dan normaal.. ik ben naar Tuzla gegaan, voor het eerst was ik wagenziek! en heb Pico gegeten! (LOVE SESTRA KAWAI!!!)
we zijn de volgende dag doorgereden naar Zagreb! En daar kreeg ik weer iedereen te zien van de MTC!! WHOOP WHOOP!

Ook kreeg ik te horen dat mijn missionpresident wilt dat ik ga trainen.... uhmmm okay.... ( was wat er rond ging in mijn hoofd) Ik wil geen afscheid nemen van mijn collega.. maar het lijkt erop dat zij echt weggaat na deze transfer!

Maar goed nieuws!!! Een van mijn onderzoeksters!! Suada!! Het lijkt erop dat zij gedoopt gaat worden... In ieder geval ze zei dat ze wist dat het zal gebeuren!! Het is een geweldige vrouw>.. en doet mij denken aan mijn mama!

Gisteren hebben mijn collega en ik gegeten bij familie Pruess en Suada was er met Haar 2 zonen Haris en Eldar het was echt leuk! En ik Heb samen met Thomas (4 jaar) op een trampoline gesprongen!! Was echt leuk! De kleine dreumes kan echt veel doen op zo'n ding! wonderbaarlijk!

Vandaag zijn we met 2 onderzoekers, de elders en Haris gaan wezen bowlen! Ze hadden nog nooit gebowld! Ik legde Haris uit hoe hij de bal moest vasthouden en wees hem de markeringen aan op de baan, en hij begreep hoe het werkte en BAM hij gooide een Spare! Nu nog die Strike!

Maar dat waren zo'n beetje de highlights van mijn week!!

Heyy!!!

Last week was different than usual .. I went to Tuzla, for the first time I was car sick! Ate pico (LOVE SESTRA KAWAI!!!)
we drove the next day to Zagreb! And I got to see my MTC group!! WHOOP WHOOP!

Also, I was told by my mission president that he wants me to train next transfer .... uhmmm okay .... (was what was going around in my head) I do not want to say goodbye to my colleague .. but it seems that she is really leaving after this transfer! :(

But good news !!! One of my investigators!! Suada!! It seems that she is going to be BAPTIZED ... In any case, she told us said she knows it will happen!! She is a wonderful woman> .. and reminds me of my mom!

Yesterday, my colleague and I had dinner at family Pruess, with Suada and her ​​two sons Haris and Eldar and it was really fun! And I jumped on a trampoline with Thomas (4 years) !! Was really fun! The small kid can really do allot on such a huge thing! amazing!

Today we went bowling w/ the elders and 2 of their investigators and Haris! They had never bowled! I explained to Haris out how to hold the ball and showed him the markings on the lane, and he understood how it worked and BAM he threw a spare! Now he needs a Strike!

But those were pretty much the highlights of my week !!

Time.... where art thou! (Mail van 18-08)

Dus ja... tijd vliegt! Ik ben hier nu alweer bijna een maand... En tijd is voorbij gevlogen in a heartbeat!
Maar goed.. Wat is er in de afgelopen tijd gebeurt! Ik heb na 3 weken eindelijk mijn eerste boek van Mormon weggegeven! En de dag erna mijn tweede! En dat niet alleen.. Ik heb ook een paar potentielle onderzoekers bij!! Ik heb een geweldige trainer! En ik leer elke dag weer wat, ik heb zelfs mijn eerste telefoontje gehad in de taal.. En ik piste bijna in mijn rok... maar gelukkig net niet gedaan.. want niemand nam op.. Dus besloten we Suada te bellen... En op een gegeven moment dacht AAAAAAHHHHHH Wat zeg je!! Dus ik schoof de telefoon gauw door naar mijn trainer, en zij nam het gauw over! mijn telefoon training eindigde met het sturen van een sms.. Schrijven is zoveel keren makkelijker dan spreken... Jeetje.. Ik ben hier om te leren en dat ga ik ook doen.. Ja alles is eng, maar het is het zo waard!!

En op een dag moet ik het alleen kunnen!!

Deze week ga ik weer naar Zagreb (ROADTRIP!!)!! Kijk er naar uit, iedereen weer terug te zien van mijn MTC- groep!!
Anyways, hoop gauw wat van jullie te horen!!

So yeah ... time flies! I've almost been here for a month ... And time has flown by in a heartbeat!
Anyway .. What happened.. I finally, after 3 weeks have given my first book of Mormon away! And the day after my second! And not only that .. I have a few potential investigators!!
I have a great trainer! And I'm learning every day something new, I even had my first phone in the language .. And I almost peed my skirt ... but fortunately I did not .. because no one answered .. So we decided to call Suada .. And at one point thought AAAAAAHHHHHH What are you saying !! So I shoved the phone to my trainer, and she took it over! My phone training ended with sending a sms .. Writing is wayyy easier than speaking ... Gosh .. I am here to learn and that I intend to do ( one day ) .. Yes, everything is scary, but it is so worth it !!

  And one day I need to be able of doing it by myself!!

This week I'm going back to Zagreb (ROAD TRIP!!) !! Looking forward to seeing my MTC group again!! 
Anyways, hope to hear from some of you soon !!
